While I was being interviewed on August 12th at the Tidbit Food Cart Pod I enjoyed food from both the Tortoise + Hare Food Cart and the Hapa PDX Food Cart. The food was amazing!

It was an honor to be asked to share my food cart story and Jenica Villamor is really good at what she does!
