Happy Valley Station Food Cart Pod Spring Open House – Saturday April 30th!
This Saturday, April 30th, from 10 AM to 8 PM the Happy Valley Station Food Cart Pod is having a Spring Open House! This amazing Food Cart Pod is home to more than 20 Food Carts and each of these Food Carts will be offering $1, $2, and $3 tasting samples!
Here are a few of the offerings — The A Cajun Life Food Cart is offering Red Beans, Bayou Boogie and Crawfish Étouffée samples.
the Chicken Adobo Food Cart is offering $1 Lumpia samples, $3 Pancit samples, and $2 Adobo Sampler – try your choice of Classic , Vinegar or Pork Adobo.
The Wasabi Sushi PDX Food Cart is offering $1, $2 and $3 Sushi Tasting Samples —
For $1 you can get 1 piece of their Treasure Island Roll -Tuna, Crab, Masago, Avocado, and Cucumber.
For $2 you can get 2 pieces of their Wasabi Roll -Tuna, Salmon, Avocado, Cream Cheese and Wasabi Sauce.
For $3 you can get 3 pieces of their Crunchy California Roll -Crab, Fried Onion, with Spicy and Eel Sauce, Avocado, and Cucumber!
The Kickin’ Chicken Wings Food Cart is Offering 3 Wings for $3.
The Lei’d Back Hawaiian Cuisine Food Cart will be offering $1 Pineapple Skewers, $2 Mac Salad and $3 Huli Huli Chicken samples.
At the time of this article a number of the Food Carts have not yet listed what their tasting samples will be. I am especially looking forward to seeing what the Rose City Waffles Food Cart, the Phatz Philly Cheesesteaks Food Cart, and the Cindy Lou’s Food Cart will be offering!
One last thing – The Happy Valley Food Cart Pod is home to the 30 Taps Food Cart and that cart alway has a wonderful tap list featuring Oregon craft beer!
