Each week on my radio show Tasty Tuesday 99.1 PM Portland Radio Project I have a culinary guest live and in studio. Often this guest is a Food Cart owner. Last week, I had Dave Elkin Founder of the Bacon PDX Food Cart live and in studio.

Dave talked about the Rose City Food Park (52nd and Sandy) Spring Sampling Event happening Saturday March 19th from Noon – 6 PM and he brought in The Dazzler – an amazing sandwich that according to Dave is “Spicy, creamy, crunchy, & with just a touch of sweetness”.

The Dazzler features: Sweet Heat Bacon, Roasted jalapeno Peppers, Pepper Jack & Cream cheeses, Pepper Jelly, Sweet Onion, Jicama, and Romaine Lettuce, served on a Brioche Bun.
