Happy Valley Station Food Cart Pod Grand Opening Celebration Sat December 5th
Happy Valley Station the brand new Food Cart Pod in Happy Valley is finally open! I was out there Monday, November 16th and it is a very impressive Food Cart Pod. If you are a Food Cart fan, you need to make the trek out to this pod.
Soft Opening – NOW
Happy Valley Station had planned to open Friday, November 20th, and that date got moved up to today -Wednesday, Nov 18th.
Over the next two weeks this pod will be getting up and running and each of the Food Carts will be finding the best way to make things work for them.
If you happen to stop by this pod between Wednesday Nov 18th and their Grand Opening Celebration Dec 5th, please remember – each Food Cart owner is just getting started either in a brand new location, or opening a Food Cart for the first time. Please give these entrepreneurs a little grace during this soft opening period.
If you are the type of consumer who wants a stellar experience, please consider visiting this pod in January, once the Food Carts owner have had about 6 weeks to work the kinks out.
As of this date Wed Nov 18th, not all of the Food Carts are open. It is hoped that all of the Food Carts in my list below will be open by Friday, December 4th.
Grand Opening Celebration Saturday Dec 5th!
Saturday December 5th is going to be an awesome day celebrating the long awaited opening of this Food Cart Pod. Many of the Food Carts will have Grand Opening specials and there will be live music!
