The Cheese Plate PDX Kickstarter – Let’s Make Some Food Cart Dreams Come True!

On February 16th, 2014  Nick and Carina, owners of The Cheese Plate PDX Food Cart launched a Kickstarter project hoping to raise 12,000 dollars so that they could build a cheese and specialty food shop  onto the end of their Food Cart.

This Kickstarter project runs through early Sunday morning March 16th at 7:00 AM PDT.

On March 6th Carina and Nick’s Kickstarter hit the hoped for $12,000! They achieved their main goal with 9 days to go!

A Stage For Music and  Plants and Flowers!

With time remaining on their Kickstarter project, Carina and Nick decided to set some stretch goals. If they get to $14,000 They will build a stage for music at the 23rd and Alberta Food Cart Pod that the whole neighborhood will be blessed by. If they hit $16,000 they will invest in plants and flowers and improve their part of Alberta. I am not at all surprised that their first two stretch goals include items that will bless others.
